Depending on the size of the areas to be cleaned, our cleaning professionals know just how to work with grout and tile. We can also, depending on the life of the grout, re-grout if needed. CARPET STEAM CLEANING

 

As part of the cleaning services offered, we also offer steam cleaning to our property management companies. This is an extension of our many services offered.

The system we use for cleaning is hot water extraction or more commonly referred to as steam cleaning.  Our hot water extraction method removes the toughest and deepest dirt safely and gently.  Hot water and specifically formulated cleaning solutions are injected deep inside the carpet fibers.  Then, the powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, the cleaning solution and most of the moisture.  The cleaning system we use is what’s most recommended by carpet manufacturers and competitive professionals.
